Selected candidates will perform the duties as directed by the project manager or foreman. He/she will have a solid work history of success with solid understanding of safety requirements. The operator and crew members will be responsible for daily maintenance checks (grease, lube, etc.) on the machines.


• Experienced in backhoe/mini excavator operation
• Experience digging and working around underground utilities
• Able to work out of doors in all conditions and weather
• Class A CDL
• Responsible for following all safety procedures
• Reporting to designated job site in proper Track attire to include steel toe boots
• Other duties as assigned


• 1 to 2 years demonstrated experience in dry utilities preferred
• Ability to read and complete paperwork in English
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow all safety and quality policies and procedures
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Experience working around underground utilities and installing conduit and/or cable on either conduit or direct bury projects.
• Experience operating project equipment such as; backhoe, excavator, plow.
• Must have ability to spot (expose) and identify utilities after they have been located.
• Understand various soil and ground conditions for plowing/trenching.
• Read communications prints for placing conduit or cable underground.
• Must be able to use backhoe and perform clean up and restoration when necessary.
